It’s that time again! This month we have David D’Angelo, programmer on the fantastic Shovel Knight, giving a post-mortem discussing Design/Tech limitations used to get that classic NES feel, development for 3DS, differentiation between Shovel Knight multiplatform versions, and much more!
Following that we have the usual:
– open mic!
– open play and mingling!
As always, bring a Windows executable version of your game on a USB stick if you want to do the open mic; open mic sign-up is during the first 10 minutes of the meeting, so show up on time! And if you want to show your game during open play, just bring a laptop with your game on it and set up somewhere around the outside of the room when you come in.
That’s about all. See you guys there!
